  This restaurant is unsafe and I am extremely offended. At the Fremont Location I found a sharp plastic object in My daughter’s food! I have already reported the it to Uber Eats as well. My daughters favorite food is ramen so I order a Togo on Uber Eats. When I came into the establishment, there is a woman to greet me wearing literal clown makeup, and I don’t mean just ugly makeup. I mean, drawn on her face in a very unusual way like a clown. It was extremely off putting to be the person greeting me. However I let it go, I thought it’s the the new atmosphere of the restaurant and they want that for some reason. So I tried to let go of my intuition, and not be judgmental about the restaurant as a whole since I’ve been there before. However when I asked her about my to go order was she just pointed behind me very rudely, instead of just saying it’s on the table or something of that sort, so I said oh my gosh I’m so sorry I didn’t see it and she didn’t say anything but rude annoyed silence. I remember telling my husband it was a very weird off putting experience, and off that alone I didn’t want to come back, however I let it go and I assumed that the food was still good and maybe I was overthinking it. I get home, I heat up her leftovers and I find a clear small sharp plastic object that is like a knife on each side! Maybe they hoped someone would not see it in our noodles and die! I will never be back here again in my entire life! This place is unsafe and it’s my duty to report to things like this to my this restaurant and to the public!

  absolutely amazing spot! me and my fiance where the first ones in today 4/6! we accidentally got in 15 mins early cause they accidentally left the door open and they offered to let us just hang out inside until they opened! amazing people inside! amazing atmosphere! and phenomenal ramen!! overall an amazing spot. we travel from springfield just to come to this spot ! sometimes we go twice in 1 trip! need one in springfield/eugene asap!!!!

  I did not have a main dish so it's difficult to give a 5-star rating. Service was great!

  Honestly disappointing, If you’re gonna charge nearly 20$ for ramen. Atleast give more than one piece of pork belly, The serving was honestly kind of small, and the flavors underwhelming. Does not justify the price. Won’t be returning.

  I order take out vegan ramen fairly often now here since I moved to Portland. Honestly, it’s always delish! The packaging is good, the noodles are thick and filling, the seasoning is well done. Super salty but in a good way! I love their crispy tofu too!! So good!
