  We come to this location often and really enjoy the food, but this last visit was just not it for us. I tried to redeem a free sandwich and the cashier told me I could not do that even though I had enough points to redeem a sandwich. They told me I could not do it in store. Then when we received our meal the sandwich was so light on turkey. I had 2 slices on the entire sandwich.. I had more cheese than I did turkey. Just felt for the money I paid for 3 meals that the service and food would have been up to par. Just very disappointed as this isn’t the usual from here.

  I’ve never had a problem at this location. Jimmy John’s just consistently tasty. I love their sub bread. So good I don’t know why anybody would have any problems here it’s perfect and I’ve been coming here for a year straight.
