  Wonderful food and service. Support local. This venue is head and shoulders better than any conglomerate I've been too. Highly recommend.

  Today my partner and I chose to order from this restaurant through DoorDash because we wanted to relax during the morning of our anniversary. We noticed Jim and Patty's and checked the images of their food and pricing and thought it was a great place to try out. My partner chose the "bacon constrictor pig newton" (which I thought was a clever and funny name). I chose the Hipster bowl. When our food arrived, My partner's food was perfect but I found mine to be lacking quite a bit. In the description for DoorDash it says, "Biscuits and gravy served with over easy eggs and bacon." The image showed two biscuits, two eggs, and two slices of bacon and also describes them as plural. What I received was half of a biscuit, 1 over easy egg, and one slice of bacon. This is false advertising and a slap to the face. Charging $10.50 for an incomplete meal. I had expected two eggs, two FULL biscuits, and two slices of bacon. While the food was good, I am extremely disappointed about this type of service. WE chose to try this place out and got screwed over. The extra sides had an option for another HALF BISCUIT for an additional $2. Why are the biscuits not whole biscuits? Nor does it say in the description that they are halved. My best advice for this restaurant is that if you want to have happy/returning customers, either updated your images and descriptions or adhere to the original one. Do better.

  A great place to sit down and get some work done. I enjoy their cold brew, cookies and biscuits and gravy. Kid friendly. Employees inattentive. Poop all over the toilets, mold in bathroom, spider webs, dirty walls. A little lobby love would really take this place to the next level.

  The manager is usually friendly, and a few other baristas. Today my experience with the same barista that seems to have an attitude each time I come in prepared a customer’s (who was behind my order) order before prepping my order. I stepped out for a minute to give them time to prep my order, and I came back in to find the customer’s order already waiting for him while they’re chatting it up after exchanging emails. I’m giving a rating of 4 based on my prior positive interactions with the manager and other baristas because it’s my neighborhood cafe and it would be nice to have a pleasant experience each time and would hate to have to write another post about a new bad experience The manager is usually friendly, and a few other baristas.
