  I had such an amazing experience at Jamba Juice thanks to Ryan, Emily, and Jayna! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and full of positive energy. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it makes all the difference. Ryan was efficient and made sure everything was running smoothly, Emily was so kind and attentive, and Jayna brought such a fun, upbeat vibe to the whole experience. They worked together seamlessly as a team, and even during a busy time, they stayed patient, professional, and upbeat. My order was perfect, made quickly, and with care. It’s rare to come across a team that not only delivers great service but also creates such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. Huge shoutout to all three of them for going above and beyond—this kind of customer service truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I fly!

  The acai primo is tasty but the server was very unnecessarily rude and only filled my large size half way. It really wasn't worth the price. The server I had last time was nice though!

  Was told they close 8PM PST, google labels as closing 930PM. Ran cross port to snag a smoothie before flight and got turned away.

  I was about to board my flight in less than 30 min I just wanted to get a water and snack pre-made. I approach, buff looking girl with the long black har rolled up in a bun says, “hi we don’t open for another 30min” I respond “Oh my flight leaves in 30 min would it be ok I just get a water and snack from the fridge please” her: “I just, I already told you we don’t open in another 30min” I say ok and left. Yes I was earlier than when they open so I get it, I do. But she didn’t have to use so much venom in her tone. And her body language looked like she wanted to fight me, which is why I surrendered and backed away. You’re in a customer service job and you’re going to deal with tired customers, yes it is early, but ever hear the phrase “You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar”? That girl was gasoline ready to fuel a fire blazing. customer service, especially with the food industry is one of the hardest jobs I get that I’ve been doing customer service for 10+ years. She was in the right to say they were still closed, but she didn’t have to use such a venomous tone and such a hostile stance. I feel sorry for the owner if this is the kind of employee he/she picks hires. not surprised by the 3 stars.
