  Had a delayed flight and Shiloh took great care of me. Very attentive and made sure I was doing well at constant times during my wait time.

  Guys I'm not rating you down because of anything other than the bacon. Charge another dollar. I used to rant about how you were the best breakfast in the airport or maybe just in general in Portland but come on it's 2 slices of bacon $0.50 at most cost to you to bring back the delicious pepper seasoned pork belly steaks of bacon slices you used to serve... It's the best part of breakfast and the entire airport including you serves McDonald's bacon now, which is unforgivable and not up to your standards or mine. I'm paying $27 after tip for breakfast w/coffee I'd happily pay $28 for real bacon. Fix the bacon and I'll fix the review.

  Stopped here on my way to Florida. Let me start by saying this was one of the best visits I have had at an airport restaurant in forever. My server was ON IT! She greeted me with a smile as soon as she saw me. Sat me in a cozy little corner table. Her name was Johanna (on the receipt) and she made sure I had a drink, food, and checked in often with me. While I waited I saw how hard she was working and giving fabulous customer service. #workinghard My sandwich was fresh and nice portions😊. I ordered a side Ceasars salad and that dressing was yummy. Stop here if you find yourself at PDX and want a great experience.

  We had such a wonderful experience at Henry’s Tavern, and I truly hope this reaches upper management because our server, Jake, deserves to be recognized. Jake was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. What stood out most was how he guided us through his recommendations in a way that truly elevated our dining experience. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The cheese curds were absolutely amazing, and the buffalo wings were really good—but what really surprised me was the blue cheese. I wouldn’t normally go out of my way for it, but Jake shared a few fun facts about their homemade ingredients and encouraged us to try it. I’m so glad we did—it completely changed my perspective. It’s now a must-try in my book. Jake didn’t just serve food—he helped create an experience. His warmth and attention made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit. Highly recommend asking for Jake if you get the chance—and definitely don’t skip the blue cheese!

  Was kindly seated, was getting ready to have a nice breakfast, they took our drink order and then when coming back to take our order kindly informed us that they were no longer serving breakfast, despite the sign out front and it being 10 min before 10:00 am which is when they stated to stop serving breakfast. Waiter was nice enough but was quick to blame the other staff for apparent miscommunication, which I felt that was not the issue. He was just too lazy to put in his breakfast order. Pretty sad…….. amazing place that gets beat out by McDonald’s on customer service.
