  This restaurant never disappoints. I’ve had the privilege to try multiple dishes and I’m blown away each time. And after I’m all done with my meal I always end it with their delicious Thai tea on shaved ice. If you ever find yourself on Hawthorne this is the restaurant to go to.

  The food at Farmhouse Kitchen was absolutely delicious! Every dish was packed with bold, authentic Thai flavors and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and attention to detail. On top of that, the service was amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, such a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

  They offer free drinks for review. The server was very rude when checking on the reviews we posted. Also, this is definitely not authentic Thai… Pad Thai is very very sweet, almost like orange chicken. Food is overpriced. A small soup (very very small) with 3 shrimp is $15…?! Very disappointed considering the review is so high :(

  Came with a group of 5 women and got four dishes to share. It was just the right amount. Hat Yai chicken and the yellow curry was some of the best of both I’ve ever had. The Crying Tiger was very good, a little sweet, spicy and the most tender beef. Same with the Khao Soi, but be prepared for spicy here! But 110% recommend. I’ll be back!

  Finally came to Farmhouse, pulled in by their Portland Dining Month menu that promised small bites from across their menu, and left a new fan, already planning a return trip. The kao soi was complex, almost curry, almost ramen, and like no other kao soi I've had before. I could drink that broth (my only complaint that I wished there was more of it!). The samosas were small delights, the wagyu rolls nearly transcendent. The calamari had the best dredge/fry of any I've had before. The cocktails were overworked and slightly gimmicky but the food made up for it. I can't stop thinking about it! Looking forward to many more returns.
