- MMMacNov 14, 20251.0Today, I visited the establishment for a wing order and was met with an overwhelming attitude due to the staff’s lack of training. Only two individuals were working, handling only three orders displayed on the screen, indicating a significant workload. I patiently waited for my order to be prepared. During this time, I overheard one of the female staff members sneezing approximately four to five times. Unable to observe the situation, I rose to the front to ensure that the sneezing did not contaminate the food. The staff member approached me and inquired if I required assistance. I informed her that I had already received assistance. She then returned to the kitchen, retrieved my wings from the cooker, and proceeded to drop the bowls. The bowl containing the wings fell to the ground. She attempted to pick up the bowl from the ground, but the other female staff member instructed her to simply retrieve more wings. She picked up the same bowl and attempted to add more wings to the same bowl that had just fallen. I inquired if that was the bowl that had fallen, and she attempted to reassure me that it had not fallen face down but rather face up. Regardless of the orientation, the bowl had fallen and hit the ground. Consequently, I requested a refund for my order. I strongly recommend that the establishment prioritize training its staff on safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
