  I know it was busy since it’s the Superbowl. So I tried to be patient, kind, and understanding. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great customer service experience here. 🫤 First when I came in to place a To-Go order, the cashier said she needed to check if they were taking in person orders. Then after she took my order, the payment process was confusing and rather than being helpful, she was rude. 😵‍💫 I tried to pay with my credit card. After I tapped it, it said “enter card number.” The cashier said I needed to enter my pin, but I told her it’s a credit card and doesn’t have a pin. She told me to make up a pin and put it in. I tried a couple times but it didn’t work. Then I put in my card number then it asked for expiration date and the number on the back of my card. So I put my information in, but the transaction didn’t go through. Then I decided to try my debit card (luckily I had it in my Apple Wallet - I didn’t bring my wallet inside the store with me). I tapped it and it worked, but it didn’t ask me for a pin. When I told her that I used my debit card and it didn’t ask for a pin, she rudely explained to me that their card processing system and many other similar (non-WingStop) restaurants have the same kind of payment system. It made me feel dumb even though I didn’t do anything wrong and I felt embarrassed in front of other customers. I also feel that I was treated differently by the cashier than other guests. I observed how she spoke to other customers and it was different than how she spoke to me. I’m hoping the food is good and makes up for the experience I had ordering at the restaurant.

  Wingstop has recently become one of regular go-to spots for picking up dinner on our way home when we don't have the energy to cook. The food is always great and the prices are really reasonable for the amount of food you get.

  I would love to give you 5 stars but the restaurant is disgusting. They don't clean the bathrooms and neither employees wear gloves when preparing food.

  I called in an order to Wingstop and when I arrived, they had no record of it in their system. The young lady helping me was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be given the circumstances. I was willing to reorder and wait, I simply asked if they could offer a small discount (even 10%) for the inconvenience. That’s when the so-called “manager,” Jonathan, came over with an attitude and said no because they were busy I wasn’t asking for a free meal, just some acknowledgment of their mistake and my wasted time. Instead, I got rudeness and zero accountability. It’s a shame, because the frontline staff was kind, but management clearly needs a reminder about customer service. Won’t be returning.
