Why can't the people taking the orders listen, or the people preparing the orders read??? Ordered a small chili with onions but no cheese. Ended up with cheese but no onions!!! I absolutely despise the taste of their cheese!!! I scraped as much as I could out which ended up being about a quarter if the "bowl" and I still didn't get it all out. What the hell!! What if someone is allergic?? Or lactose intolerant?? Why can't they just learn how to listen and read??

Don't order delivery, my 2nd time and the order never some right. Always missing items this time over $11.00 worth of food. Refund could not be provided for add ons like $0.60 for cheese on a salad that never came. We will not be ordering delivery nor going to that location again!

This Wendy's is terrible. I've been coming here multiple times a week since I moved here in June 2025, and they always have a hard time keeping people.
Went through the drive through at 10:30 PM tonight, i asked for a second to see what i wanted, amd the drive through person literally mocked me over the speaker saying that it was more than a second, then goes "its been 5", and was not joking at all.
I Ordered a double stack biggie bag. Small. Dr. Pepper. Ranch for sauce. I was the only person in the drive through.
The lady that served me (lead or manager or something) had to ask me 3 times what I wanted. I got my food and had the window shut in my face. When I got back to my place I ended up with a chicken sandwich, and like day old fries.
I was charged for the double stack bag, and upcharged for a medium, and the fries were unedible.
I seriously have a problem with this place. That same lady has been the rudest person I've encountered for a very long time. I'm not one to leave reviews or demean service workers, but in this specific case I am having a hard time not using expletives in this review.
Orders are always wrong, the employees argue with you when they ring your order up wrong and you try to correct it, the food is old *all the time*.
I'm going to waste the extra gas and drive down to Broadway, that Wendy's is 1,000x better.
Do freakin' better. For real.

I am a regular at this Wendy's and overall they deliver great food and service the majority of the time. I come here weekly and have only had a few neutral experiences while the rest are exceptional. It is so much better than the other Wendy's in Portland or any other fast food. The Manager at this location, Samuel, seems to be the reason why. My GF and I are always happy to see him because we know the quality of our food will be perfect anytime he is there. He is friendly and supportive of his employees, we have overheard him encouraging them to improve in a compassionate way and he really seems to be a great leader. Thank you to Samuel and his team at the Lombard Wendy's we really appreciate you. ❤️
