I had time to wipe down and clean the entire interior of my car (about 10 minutes or so) and then I decided to go in to see what takes so long for fast food. My boyfriend had been standing at the counter and hadn’t even been helped yet. In my 2 minutes standing there I saw 3 different people come up to the front desk just to look at us and then walk away. Then the old guy came back and took the people in lines orders- and my boyfriend said they had helped other DoorDashers standing in his exact spot. EDIT: The food was done the entire time by the way. It was just sitting behind the counter. This Wendy’s is shit every single time I go here, not sure why I waste my time anymore. They clearly just hire anyone with no expectations held to actual good service. They only care about themselves, don’t bother. - a former fast food manager
