My frys were cooled! And missing like half of the bag! THE Restaurant wasn't busy but I waiting 20 minutes! For that! I wanted a fresh burger waited in line! And was told if I wanted another burger I have to buy another! I just wanted to trade! No big deal! I decided to leave because the staff got really mad! And saying mean stuff! It's my favorite Wendy's! 😫

The workforce is understaffed and undertrained, so it takes them way too long to get orders out. Standing in the dining room watching 3 people try to figure out how to fill an order while the kitchen calls out all of the food that is done.
