On my way to charge the car this morning and decided to grab food so I can eat while I charge. Save time = save money. Arrived at Wendy's at 6:11 am. Parked in their parking lot. Online it says they open at 6:30 am. There is huge writting on the windows that says "Open at 6:30 am for breakfast." I handled some business online. At 6:30 am I placed my mobile order. At 6:35 am I pulled up to the drive through speaker and sat there for several minutes waiting. The car waiting behind me left. So I call Wendy's while waiting at their speaker. Yes, I am one of those types of people. I was informed that they do not open until 7:00 am. I told them I already placed a mobile order and all they could do was apologize and say that they do not know why Wendy's does not change the time it states it opens online. Uhhh....maybe yall should removed the writtings and signage that say you open at 6:30 am also? So now if I wanted a refund I would have to cancel the order in the app and wait to get my money back. Possibly a few days. To avoid that I just told them I would be back at 7 am. SMH....

Food is always on par, use mobile and they get the order right.
What did we ever do before the days of mobile ordering? *gasp* go inside and actually talk to somone when they got the order wrong? Thank goodness I don't have to do that anymore! Lol

DO. NOT. Go here before 0730. I have gone to this restaurant 4 times; on a Tuesday. Two I had no problem getting food; once through the lobby and once through drive thru. The last two, thru drive thru, I was told, "Come back in 10 - 15 minutes ... (with some excuse). When I have a short time, and my boss (he is VERY generous), so I can't wait 15 minutes; so no thank you.

DO NOT STOP HERE.
STEVI SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. RUDE!!! When I questioned what she had said to me about my order, she simply turned away and went about orgaizing some cups. Others have also experienced this behavior of being ignored. 👎
As to the food, my 2 burgers had buns that were cold, the meat was not hot, and there was no dressing or mustard or whatever....dry!!! Absolute garbage. SAD. Never again.

Pulled up to the drive through at 6:45 and was told they changed they hours and weren't open until 7. If your business has a giant "we are open at 6:30 for breakfast!" on the front of the windows, has text on the front "store hours" section that says drive through at 6:30, and google also tells me they are open at 6:30, it's incredibly frustrating to show up and be told that all three of these pieces of information are incorrect and that I would not be serviced during the time that they advertise as open.
