Staff was very un trained seemed spaced out and on top of that. when turned around walking around exposing his butt cracked . Like what is going on here. Wendy's hire more well dressed people please
- RGRyan Graves6 days ago1.0Was my turn to order, understanding it was busy, cashier looked at me as I said I’ll have the #7 she the proceeds to tell me one sec, during that time she made a frosty, a potato, handled 4 online orders and 2 drive thru orders while I’m still standing there, during that time high school kids walked in, big line, still me in the front and still has not helped me. Waited another minute, she hands someone a water cup that asked her and someone sauce that asked her and still didn’t acknowledge me so I left. Honestly never leave reviews on anything cause I usually don’t care, but that was embarrassing. Probably the worst fast food experience I have had

And the person at the window opened the window spoke directly to me and declined to take my money and my order. 0 stars is not an option for no service. I understand employee safety concerns, but come on let's use the technology as a service tool.
