Agree with the other diner that there had been some adaptation to suit American tastes, which is a shame, but it didn't detract from my enjoyment. I personally think the music choices could be much better; really embrace modern German music and leave the American pop behind. Make the experience more immersive and respectful of the cultural theme the restaurant is trying to emulate. We are in Portland, bring more of the experience and your patrons will appreciate it.
