    I stopped by on my way to an appointment late in the afternoon. I needed to use the restroom and was so thankful that after a long day at work this bathroom was clean. If I didn't know I was in a fast food restaurant I would have thought this bathroom was in a fancy upscale restaurant. It was also just before 5pm when I finished placing my order. If you know Taco Bell 🔔 you know that they have $1 soft drinks from 2-5pm. The kiosk rang up the wrong price. I mentioned it to the manager there and he without a question offered to pay me back the difference from the full price soft drink to the Happy Hour price. Thank you! I will definitely be stopping back when I am in the area. Well done 👏

    There's a weird phenomenon I tend to experience with this particular Taco Bell. You have to check the bag in the parking lot after picking up the order, otherwise you are going to find yourself either eating the wrong food, or driving back pissed off that people working there have the hardest time hitting the correct buttons with pictures on a screen.

    Came in to pickup two orders. Got one put it in my car. Came back to grab second order and waited for employee as it was on mobile delivery stand. Employee came to me placed a bag of food in front of me and I said are all three of these items for this order. I pointed to bag, the lux box and the drink and the lady said yes. So I grabbed them and walked out. Manager came out to my car to stop me before I drove away. Apparently that bag was not part of the mobile order. Manager basically pointed out how I was in the wrong for not knowing that mobile orders are supposed to be sealed. I didn't know I thought lady gave it to me that way on purpose because she walked away right after telling yes it's all part of the order. I explained this to manager and he didn't listen and just continued to make me feel bad about. I even told him I pointed and verbally asked if all three (the bag, lux box and drink) were part of order and she said yes. The manager continued to ignore what I was saying and proceeded to his next point which was did I have 3 orders. I told him no I had two. He said why would I grab three orders then. This bag wasn’t marked and handed to me for the order that had 4 items listed one being a drink. How was I supposed to know the lux box had three items in it. U think we be able to understand both sides but no we both ended the conversation saying u just don't understand. I was frustrated of course and the manager did not care to see my side of it .So I guess now I know to not listen to employee for mobile orders if they aren't sealed. I don’t think I’m supposed to know how much items are in specific box at Taco Bell but… Such a lame experience for my local Taco Bell. I won't be going here anymore. This was on 1/8/26 at 9am if that matters.
