- SMSaphira Melon2 days ago2.0Do not come here if you have mobile orders. Waited 50 minutes for my meal, asked for a refund and after several minutes I ended up leaving without the refund. Walk ins had started receiving their orders and I was still standing. I felt heavily ignored by staff. Staff would keep saying “it’s on its way”. I am a patient person, i just wanted a ETA since I was waiting so long. I was understanding that it was New Year’s Eve, that they were busy. I’ve worked fast food, so I understand how chaotic it can be, and how ruthless customers can be. So I always try and be kind and wait cuz you never know what someone’s going through. But if walk ins are allready getting to leave within 10 minutes, what was happening with my order? The deal breaker for me is when I asked for a refund ( I had a headache and had a cold so I couldn’t stand around any longer) and the staff told me they would work on it, only to have me wait several more minutes. So as I said earlier, I left. Today I stopped by to reattempt to get that refund, was denied due to not having proof. No longer will be eating at this location :(((

You could go inside instead but it takes just as long. It's not a one-off. It is the closest to my home so I've been there a bunch. Dont go there if you need to be anywhere.
