After seeing multiple people pick up their food, I’m still waiting for part of mine. By 3:10, I stepped outside, suddenly a text comes through order ready for pickup at 3:11. this order was for multiple people waiting for me in the car parked outside. We all notice the food just isn’t hot as claimed to have just gotten out of the fryer. This is the 2nd time recently we’ve ordered the same items and I cannot believe how awful this experience was. I know it’s just taco bell but considering how expensive everything is now, I would think it would be good to maintain good overall experience so people keep coming back but I guess not everyone agrees. The gentleman who did the refund for me was kind and understanding.
