I have gotten wrong sizes, things missing, missing customized items (which I pay extra for), and the last few orders I have gotten a freeze. I had one order where an entire almost 2 inches of the freeze wasn't there. My most recent, I ordered a large size and got the regular. I don't typically have these types of issues with other locations. I don't recommend this one.
