- SSSatan SDec 30, 20251.0i will never go to this taco bell ever again. we had an absolutely abysmal experience tonight. of all the items we ordered, there was only one that they managed to get right - and that was cinnamon twists, which you can’t really mess up. most things came without sauces, or had completely wrong sauces, supreme things weren’t supreme… nothing was right. nothing. the first time we went through the drive-thru they forgot an item (it happens, whatever), but when we went through the second time asked for the missing thing they gave us ENDLESS hassle about it. one of the rudest customer service experiences i have ever had. they gave us grief over their own mistakes and acted like we were being entitled for politely asking for what we ordered! good lord, y’all. do better.

Seems like they are trying to fudge their numbers and make it seem like they get people through the drive thru fast, only to make them wait in the parking lot instead. This is 4am, sunday morning, Dec 14, 2025. This is unacceptable service and needs to be looked into! After waiting over 10 mins, i cancelled the delivery order. I don't get paid enough this. I hope the customer enjoys the cold food once it finally get made and delivered!
