    When you order through the mobile app, they forced you to use a walk up window and then ignore you and help anyone who drives up before you. You are literally the last priority for the staff and it’s because they’ve already got your money and don’t really give a shit about their customers. Taco Bell is the worst company when it comes to food delivery.

    we came to pick up an online order they had us pull around to the night pick up window and had us wait for almost an hour just to mess our order up and the night manger was very unpleasant and not very urgent in the matter also she had horrible customer service skills in my opinion there’s so many taco bell’s don’t go to this one p.s there was one other carl’s in the drive thru

    I was denied access to the restroom on January 2 at 5:00 p.m. despite needing to use it. I have been a customer in the past. At the time I wasn’t ordering food, but I was still refused restroom access by the manager on duty unless I made a purchase. I believe this policy should be reconsidered, and if it’s not owner-directed, the owner should speak with this manager.

    Took them 15 minutes to get my gift card purchase completed. I was the only customer in the store. While waiting I had the pleasure to observe the staff handling money, cards, and touching door handles with gloves that they were then handling and preparing food. Absolutely disgusting! Do NOT go to this Taco Bell!!!

    The staff working night shift drive thru are always super friendly and the food comes prepared like it’s advertised in the commercials, not thrown together like most other locations. Appreciate y’all.
