After a bit of a wait (and being blocked into the druve by cars behind me, I order and findnout there's no beef, and the soda machine is broken. They asked if I wanted a different meat, and thrn charged me an extra dollar to substitute it. This isn't the fault of the employees working at the store. This is thebfault of the franchisee(s) and senior store management. How do you run out of beef at Taco Bell. Unsat.

They did make another free of cheese, however it still had sour cream. I was told Creamy Jalapeño sauce didn’t have cream but it does. These people could use more training. Doubt I’ll go there again.
