Honestly the employees looked like they hated being there I got my food even though I felt pressured like I should leave because I didn’t feel like I belonged there. If you don’t want to be ignored don’t come here.

I don't usually have an issue with this location, but the two people at the counter today made our experience horrible. Neither of them said anything to greet us when we walked in, then one of them continued to Stare at us silently and then just walked into the back. He did this multiple times before acknowledging us. We were picking up online orders, and one of the orders wasn't there. When they finally acknowledged us after at LEAST 5-8 minutes, (we stood Right By The Register), they kept insisting the order was on the stand. It wasn't. We assumed someone had stolen it, fine, it happens. Instead of simply remaking the sandwich they treated us as if it was OUR fault the sandwich was gone. They kept insisting it was there and made, even though they Also looked and it was gone, so i guess they thought we stole it??? Even though we had been standing there the whole time??? They were rude about the whole situation, and then neither sandwich was even made correctly. We payed extra for extra cheese on one sandwich and did not recieve it, one of the toppings was missing from my sandwich, and they didnt toast it. Its safe to say if we see those employees working again we will be going to a different location. As there are many many many reviews like this i really hope they get it sorted soon, as at least one of their employees is wonderful and doesn't deserve the whole store falling apart around them.

The restaurant was fairly clean, could have been better kept. The staff seems a little "frigid". There were two members working but there were 4-4 people ahead of us. They were kind of slow. Kind but one guy seemed new.

Ordered two foot longs- cheese was wrong on both, bread was wrong on one, sauce was wrong on one. The sauce also seemed like they put it on after they closed the sandwich, more on the wrapper and outside of the sandwich than in it. One was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t.
Ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies- we received one chocolate chip, 3 raisin and 2 chocolate. It’s 11:45am I can’t imagine they were already sold out…
pretty sad service.

When I went into Subway on division today, I ordered 2 Turkey subs, the girl barely put lettuce on the sandwich and I asked for more lettuce, she side gave me on 8 foot long for tomatoes, about 10 pieces of olives and a few onions. I asked expert lettuce and a few more always. She got a little irritated, I had a coupon 2 subs for 13.95, which came in the mail. Change charge me 19 95 saying for the extra.Lettuce and always I did pay, but she said it was because it's a recession.L o l I just didn't want a cook but I will never go back
