    The two people working on NYE around 7:00pm were completely immature and irresponsible. My online order said it would be ready at 6:43pm. I show up at 6:50pm, they say “oops, our machine doesn’t have paper”, and then proceeded to joke amongst themselves. It took one person 10 mins to make two sandwiches!! How do I know this? Because I waited inside for two sandwiches for 30 minutes. I will not be ordering from this location in the future.

    Do yourself a favor and don't ever stop by this location I've been there twice both times took over an hour to get my sandwich. And it was completely wrong both times. I don't know how you can get a sandwich wrong when it's right in front of your face on the order. And to top it off they took $5 off of my debit card for a tip that I did not approve this place is crazy I'm wondering where the owner is reading all these reviews there's no way that the owner doesn't see these and if they do and they're just ignoring them you should really just sell this Subway because you're an awful store owner I'm going to be contacting corporate today about the employees taking money off my debit card multiple times

    I work across the street and have been in this subway many times over the last year or so since it’s been open. I always seem to have less than standard service when going in so I’m used to them not giving there best customer service. The last few times I have been in there it appeared they had a lot of new employees and are training them while they try to make my food. The new manager today argued with me when I asked her for a water she stated they didn’t have water at this location I questioned her and asked if they don’t have water at all she said no! I can’t give you my cup because I would have to charge you. I stopped her and asked her to please work on her customer service because she didn’t come off kind about not having water I didn’t mind paying for a cup she didn’t offer it. She instead told me there’s no way that I had seen her three times because she’s only been there a couple weeks when in fact I had seen her training other employees she said no this is my first trainee. while I was getting a sandwich a few weeks ago she was there and literally told the boy to take off ingredients because he put too much on my sandwich. She stopped him throughout the whole sandwich, making process making it take double the time if not more while over explaining things to him. I tried to explain. I seen her before over explaining to her employee about how the cheese needs to go underneath the mean and how he did wrong and needed to replace it and how he put too much cheese she said I was wrong and she was done with the conversation and walked off. I was not aware she was the manager, but in my opinion, she has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at this location and I’ve seen terrible customer service. I suggest owners work on it.
