I said they had melted in the box and the sticks were within the ice cream; nothing to hold onto while eating. One said that’s because our freezer went out a few weeks ago. No receipt, so I looked on my app and the last purchase on my loyalty card was over the return policy limit. I don’t use the card unless something is on sale. So, no return or I thought they would say go grab new ones, but no. I will not shop here again if it’s avoidable. Terrible service when they admitted the freezer was broken. I’ve brought things back to QFC nearby and they just tell me to get a replacement without wasting time debating anything.
