If there was an emergency, I would count on every employee there to respond slowly and inefficiently (if at all.). Maybe that's why they let the religious people stay there, to avoid conflict. Anyways, it's super awkward trying to shop here.

- NNNicoleFeb 4, 20265.0This 5 star review is specifically for the Drive Up and Go staff at the Portland, OR Lovejoy store, specifically Dustin and Christopher, whom go above and beyond on every order I've ever placed. And I apologize if there is anyone else involved, but they seem to be the ones that always are directly helping me, or picking and packing my orders. They are fast, efficient, extremely helpful and seem to truly care about the needs of the customer. I am wheelchair bound, so this service is extremely useful for me. Now, I don't have to balance a hand basket filled with milk cartons and produce on my lap as I try to retrieve items I need from the top shelves of every aisle. I had kind of shied away from using these sorts of services after some abysmally bad customer service experiences at other stores, usually involving some ridiculous (almost hilarious) item sustitutions, or unstaffed pickup areas. Definitely not the case here, I am impressed every visit with their helpfulness... and I know that being in a wheelchair I am slower, but they never make me feel rushed or that I'm a bother and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. These guys should be out training other stores how to run Drive Up and Go. If you haven't tried it at this location or if another store caused you to lose faith in it, this is the place to go.
