Put one item in a paper bag when I had over 20 items. Also throwing my groceries after scanning them. Puts heavy drinks on my bread upside down. Just super inconvenient. Will try to avoid coming here as much as possible. Also usually homeless everywhere trashing the place.

I was not informed that I would not be getting the rest of my credit if my grocery total was less than the BottleDrop credit. So the cashier took my BottleDrop credit and didn’t give me my $13 in “change”. If he had informed me in advance, obviously I wouldn’t have used the credit, or would have purchased more items to meet the credit amount.

You literally have a security guard to escort people out after you are officially closed. This s really poor management.

They treat most folks like they stole something and the night shift is lacking leadership. Personally I'm doing everything on my part to see this is the next thing that happens. I've shopped at this and many other Safeway stores since the late eighties. I'm calling corporate tomorrow and I will be calling and messaging everyday and night until this is resolved. I Promise this. You have my 1000 percent attention.
