The lines are consistently very long, and there do not seem to be enough employees available, which makes the checkout process quite slow. The self-checkout also has item quantity restrictions, and unfortunately some staff members came across as unhelpful. In contrast, I’ve had much better experiences at the Safeway on North Ivanhoe, where the staff are friendlier and service is faster.

I will make the long travel for their meat section! They give customer service! Meat department will special cut for you! And if what you want is not on display you can ask for it from the back freezer. Not many stores I know will do that.

Please be careful if you’re going here they might harass you too. Because I am deaf, I was unable to communicate effectively with them, which didn’t help at all, and they didn’t stop harassing me until my boyfriend showed up, which was very concerning. I don’t know what would’ve happened if he hadn’t been there I’m also pregnant so this was stressful for me and completely unnecessary. I hope that they get better security and have better protocols for security. This was disgraceful for the company and absolutely traumatizing for me in the moment.

Customer service staff had to open 6 Amazon gift cards to find a good usable card. Please check the cards at the checkout. Why have a sign stating No refunds on gift cards and ya'll know alot are bad. This store shouldn't sell amazon gift cards at all. Staff telling me, I should've open before purchasing it. I've never open gift cards at store before.
