- LLLaunaJan 27, 20264.0Safeway has become my main grocery stores I used to believe they only were for the rich 🤑 but sence first time in there and had employees help me so much figure out the app stuff I have realized est prices too even my sodas they have Safeway select that are cheaper then anywhere else and best favors too the only worst part is the cashier he is so mean to me wether I'm in self checkout or checkout line he wears small rolled up hat & glasses I just can't believe he can treat people so bad 1st time he was mean I tho it was just the holiday stress but no actually he is just allowed to treat everyone how he wants & I would try to talk him out of that mean streak but iv come to realize that's just him , never happy ever & it's our fault right , No so I never go to him because I don't deserve that no one does and they need workers enough they let it continue on so just go to another register okay ❤️

I am very loyal to my favorite grocery store. And I even use the pharmacy for my meds too. My only issue is that I am not always treated with kindness by the employees and I have been treated like im stealing, like im being rushed out the store or they are following right behind me the entire time im shopping. I have even went into the store a couple times with the very last of my money (sometimes change)to get food that Id hope lasts me until my next pay day only to be humiliated and shamed by the cashier to the other customers behind me like I was not even there!!! That really hurt and embarrassed me a lot when I was very vulnerable and struggling 💔

The folks who work here are nice but they shut down the self checkouts really early in a part of town where a lot of people shop late. And they never staff their checkouts with enough people. I have a feeling somebody from corporate is screwing this location over majorly just to save a buck.
