Was rudely told I had too many items for self check out (i had maybe 4 too many if it were busy i could maybe see the issue) by an employee named Christian who was FILING HIS NAILS AT SELF CHECKOUT IN A FOODSTORE (disgusting). I was made to repack my cart and go through a line. When explaining that I was autistic and more comfortable in self checkout Christian laughed and said sarcastically “ohhhh thats a shame”. Disrespectful disgusting employee who just violated my rights as a disabled American. Management doesn't care. Every time I come here I am disrespected by a different employee or management. Bringing any of his to management attention results in more disrespect and shame on the company. I recently had an issue with life sustaining meds with their pharmacy. Assistant store director Marshall thinks its okay to fix these issues by telling customers to “shop at their competitors”. This store is a disgrace to albertsons/safeway. I will not return to this location this was the last straw. Its like they don't want paying customers.
