Made a review about being hung up on by an employee and the owner sent a copypasta corporate apology. Some real, "your concerns are important to us BS." Clearly that was a pledge to do absolutely nothing, based on recent reviews. It's probably an AI auto response.

Never felt more disrespected, unwanted, and untrusted in a grocery store before. The security herds the people around like animals in a petting zoo. Wonderfully lovely staff from the cashiers to the deli workers. They deserve a better store to work in.

My last 3 shopping trips here have been good. The have improved there accuracy on prices charged on receipt. It has been about 6 months since I had last shopped this location. Previously my receipt totals were off by $5-$60 every time I shopped there. If I didn't check my receipt right away, it ment an extra trip to the store to get a refund. This went on for at least 2 years. BTW I shopped every other week back then. I'm a very happy customer now.
