I had a problem with my payment while checking out (I had it all but my phone died before I had it in regular checking to be able to use it). I was short $3.99 out of a $225 total, and I had the money but I had to charge my phone to transfer it. The customer service was completely gone after that, I do get it, it was my fault but just one of those things I don't mean for that to happen. I was able to charge my phone enough to pay the remainder $3.99 and the rest of my suspended sale of $225 but first of All how about a tiny bit of compassion and understanding, that's super humiliating, embarrassing along with a mix of other not great feelings to be feeling at the grocery store on front of every person in that store at the time. Then after the checker made us wait in the line again to pay, the PIC I can only guess that's who he was reprimanded me in front of everyone for having my go backs on the floor which I was going to get but had to make sure I had everything in order first but not a

"Is there a safe way out of Safeway?" Such is my question this afternoon as I wait to pay for my groceries, including perishables that only come closer to perishing as the register 3 cashier and the customer two places in line ahead of me confuse one another about the payment method. After too long a wait, which includes two supervisors who don't seem to know that they need to send this person and her groceries to customer service and let the people in back of her pay, the cashier decides to ring up the order for a second time. As I hurriedly place my items back in the cart and move to a register with no wait, some loudmouth Safeway employee takes offense. I wonder if Dabs&Demons, whose review is posted shortly before mine today, refers to the same woman. I at last escape. A lady who was in front of me on register 3 has yet to pay for her things. Memo to Safeway: Instead of hiring know-it-alls who are ready to pounce when a customer you make wait too long runs out of patience, hire a floor walker, who would know to direct someone you place in such a predicament to another register.

Linn or Lynn is one of the most disrespectful self service people ever, she's rude, arrogant , entitled and does not pay attention to anything. If she's not yelling at other employees she's yeling at costumers

Consistently unfriendly self checkout employees who either have to spout out unnecessarily rude comments so they can take their poor union-protected frustrations out on you or they have major control issues regarding their specific and self-serving interpretations of the item limits. Either way, unless you're a masochist don't bother shopping at this location. The rude employees make the drive to a better stocked location that much more worth it.

500 coupons? Do you expect the elderly to clip all of them as I do? No you expect us to read through 500 coupons on our phone... I have already begun to shop elsewhere out of ease of shopping experience. I realistically go here for junk nowadays. Ie ice cream and chips. Anything else is better and cheaper at a local co-op
