Waited over 20 minutes longer than when their own screen said my pizza would be done and when I asked about was met with “it happens, you’ll just have to wait” and that was my only explanation. I’m sorry but in a customer service job, that is never the answer. Completely unacceptable. I won’t ever frequent this store again, and I will most certainly encourage all of my customers and clients to pass on it as well.
