The pizza itself is great—I ordered a large meat-stuffed pizza for about $16—but the experience went downhill fast when I had to practically bargain just to get a few packets of Parmesan cheese. I asked for Parmesan, and the worker handed me only two packets. When I politely asked for more, he gave one. I asked again, just one more. Four packets total for a large pizza with eight slices. That’s ridiculous. Every other pizza place gladly gives you enough Parmesan and red pepper flakes without a fight. This is actually the second time this has happened at this location, so it doesn’t feel like an accident. It’s almost like the staff are being told not to hand out complimentary packets. I shouldn’t have to haggle over Parmesan on a $15 pizza. Great pizza, but terrible customer service here. Won’t be coming back to this location.
