Incredible breakfast options. I had the biscuits and sausage gravy and it was stellar. The gravy is top notch and very comparable to version I've had in the south.
My friend had chicken and waffles. Fair warning the chicken portion was enormous. The breading on the chicken was delicious. Only order 2 or 3 if you're sharing it or want leftovers.

This restaurant is a fun place to go to for delicious Southern-style cooking at its best!! They have a great variety of big and small meals, and their side dishes are wonderful!!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Portland. Ordered ribs (falling off the bone), collard greens, Mac, fried oyster, and peach cobbler. Literally going to dream of that meal for WEEKS!!! 20/10, will go back at the first opportunity!

The catfish was paper thin, and the grits were soupier than I'd like, though tasty. Not bad, but there are better restaurants in the area.

When we first moved to town 14 years ago, Miss Delta was a wonderful brunch and creole spot that really took care of you. Sadly, that is no longer the case. Went in with my cousin on a Sunday to a largely empty restaurnat and the one server on hand waved us to a table where we sat for 15 minutes without being given menus, water, or even acknowledgement that we existed. We got up and left, which also went unnnoticed. I'm not usre if they were understaffed that day, but the restaurant only had three other tables, with 12 people at most in the restaurant.
This was doubly dissapointing as my cousin was visiting from out of town and was very excited to eat the place I had been hyping up all weekend. Not sure what has happened to this place, but it has gone downhill, which should make all of Portland sad.
