But at this one location, three times now, when I ask, they act like they don’t understand. The first time I got ice cream instead of coffee, the second time water. Today I asked, “Please, a French vanilla latte,” again and the guy at the drive-thru asked, “Do you want a burger?” Does the word “burger” even sound anything like what I asked for? I’m sure that guy pretended not to understand and just laughed at me!
