The link to the form is just a sad excuse for them to look like they are addressing these issues, when in fact, they just ignore them. Please stop blowing smoke up the Internet's you-know-what. I just go to the Starbucks across the street now.

It is frustrating to watch door dash orders being picked up constantly, while those that actually made an effort to leave their house and get the food in person are left waiting. And no acknowledgement of the wait, or an apology.
