- RLRedZero Luevont3 days ago5.0I’m giving this McDonald’s a 5 star review for one reason. I girl who works there named Samrawit is amazing. I came in to pick an order on the 1st and there were about 15 people waiting on orders. This girl clocked in and I watched her handle it all. She was completely calm even though customers were frustrated as she checked on orders bounced over to help on a food stations rang customers up at the register. Orders were disappearing of the monitor screen and she would follow up with the customer to take care of them (and rebuild orders if needed). She basically handled it all and got the 15 people taken care of and continued to keep things running smoothly. I can’t even begin to explain how impressive she was and how rare of a person she is. I hope McDonald’s or wherever she ends up rewards this girls because she is one of a kind employee.

For McDonalds I’ve been to in Portland, this was my best experience in awhile

However a nice young lady named Samrawit clocked in and immediately got to work getting the orders out and being very fair and attentive to all the delivery drivers and customers equally. To my pleasant surprise in no time I was on my way with my order!
- THTy HickeyDec 19, 20251.0When you dont work at McDonald's yet they want you to order at a kiosk and it takes 10 minutes. Non existent service. Bathrooms need a code but employees wont answer when you ask for a code. You can literally open the door with the code and there's no lock. I walked in on someone. They even keep the ketchup behind the counter and employees are annoyed when you ask for anything. Probably because they are over worked and under paid. Worst experience ever.
