- VSVicki S3 days ago3.0We stopped here to get drinks and use the restroom. The ladies restroom was completely out of toilet paper, I went up and ordered our drinks. 1 large coffee 2 soft drinks. I let the lady know that took my order the restroom needed attention. Instead of her giving us our drinks then doing the restroom she left to refill the toilet paper. There was several workers in the kitchen. One guy dancing others standing around. Several walking right by us none asking if we were being helped. The worker returned from the bathroom and didn't stop to wash her hands. She just proceeded to make our coffee and then handed it to us. So disgusting and horrible service. One worker was cleaning the dining room while all the others were not doing anything.

- FGfrank gJan 25, 20261.0just went to pickup a mobile order, waited for almost ten minutes outside ringing the bell over and over for the lady working to tell me it’s going to be the other window (there is no other window other than the drive through and im not in a car, I ordered for pickup) she gives the people behind me their order and than I just stand there waiting and she comes back and stares at me like im an idiot when im asking for my food and showing her my app showing the order is for pickup. finally she gives it to me after I explain to her I don’t have a car and I ordered it for pickup and I can’t go through the drive through for the second time, but it’s absolutely rediculous. the customers behind me were harassing me the whole time too and trying to intimidate me which was awesome at 9pm as a 100 lb girl in the city.
