It’s a regular occurrence that your order will be messed up or incomplete. If you’re lucky your order is complete and your fries are cold. Normally I’ve just shrugged it off. Last night, I had enough. After a long day at work I swung though for a quick dinner, only to get home and have the bag break as I was getting out of my car, and that’s when I saw my order wasn’t even complete. I picked up the food and drove back to the restaurant, placed the order on the counter and asked for a refund. I was told they “don’t do refunds.” I left the food and left without a refund. $21. They would rather keep $21 and lose a customer, than to make things right. I will not be back
