The staff was very pleasant about assisting us, even though we came through with a van full of hungry teenagers. Everyone was super friendly and double checked to make sure all of the items we order were taken care of. It would have been understandable if they had expressed frustration or even turned us away given the timing, but everyone was friendly and accommodating. Very much appreciated.

Then my wife tells me she saw this lady give a kid with red hair a really hard time when she was picking up a to go order and treated her like a thief in front of all of the customers waiting when she was just an honest customer showing her receipt and everything. She should be fired.

I have in the past in other locations had a great 'fish' sandwich and decided to order the same here. The sandwich cost $4.99 and when delivered to the table it was in pieces as the woman that brought is held the box upside down. So, here is this Heathkit of bread, thin cheese slice, undersized fish, and bitter tartar sauce that I had to reconstruct. My significant partner was sitting across from me when she saw the poster on the front window that said for $5.00 you got a fish sandwich, soda, and fries. I went to the woman at the counter and asked her why she did not inform me of this 'special' when I ordered. Her answer 'you did not ask'. I then asked, and put down a penny, she refused saying that the order was completed and tough .... Yeh...
