I walked up to the counter like I always do, planning to pay with cash. Instead of taking my order, the employee insisted that I use the kiosk. I explained that I was paying with cash, but they still refused to take my order and basically refused me service. I’ve never had a McDonald’s employee talk to me like that, and it really left a bad impression. I wasn’t being rude, I wasn’t making things difficult — I simply wanted to place a normal order at the counter. Being pushed away and told to use the kiosk, even after saying I’m paying with cash, is not how customers should be treated. I’m not writing this to complain for the sake of complaining. I’m hoping management can address this so nobody else is treated that way. I’ve always liked McDonald’s, but this experience needs attention. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Matt Smith
