- JJJOct 31, 20251.0This McDonald’s sucks compared to the one on 72nd St. I don’t know if they’re owned by the same person but this place always says they’re out of stock - won’t fix broken things . Always out of stock of specialty items, drinks, happy meals, etc. always not helpful always understaffed. It’s just run terribly. Their delivery truck is always in the middle of the parking lot making it difficult to get in and out. The drive-through line is always packed and takes forever. I get quicker service, literally going inside and waiting to place an order than I do in the drive-through line.

After sitting in the drive through waiting spot they bring out the order 20 minutes later. What. A joke. DO NOT go here unless you feel like wasting half your lunch break in the McDonald’s parking lot. It will be faster to go to ANY OTHER restaurant on Barbur. Even sit down restaurants will have your order prepped in half an hour or less. Ought be ASHAMED of yourself McDonald’s. Hire more employees if need be and stop dicking your customers if you’re finna charge $15 for a value meal. Outrageous.
