  A breath of fresh air on Mississippi ave - This space has had a hard time keeping a business going probably due to foot traffic being low on this end of the street. Amazing ramen, got the Spicy Red with extra pork. Highly recommended.

  A great spot for some delicious ramen. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’d be curious what a marinated chasu pork (slightly sweet - maybe mirin?) could taste with their ramen. Affordable prices for what you get!

  The staff here are always so friendly, helpful, and always full of delicious recommendations. Yummy beers on draft too, and beautiful decor. I LOVE the curry chicken, spicy garlic ramen, curry ramen, and rice-tofu cubes as an app - I crave this place almost every day. Must visit!

  We ordered at 6pm on a Monday, was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. we arrived at around 615pm to pick my food up, and the hostess (without checking the line for orders, or checking with back of house) tells me it'll be a few more minutes. about 15 minutes pass, my kid is getting fidgety so my wife has to leave with her to go home. 15 more minutes pass, staff starts giving me funny looks, start looking at orders, I maybe think they didn't start our order. Back of house lady comes over and asks if I already ordered, I told her yes about an hour ago, she asked my name so I told her, she says oh we have something for you and hands me the food. The bag wasn't even warm to the touch, let alone hot. I was expecting at least some sort of recognition that they dropped an order and were apologetic for it, but instead I received a meal that was cooked shortly after I ordered it, which was a fully room temperature order of chicken strips and ramen. Because they had cooled down the chicken strips were tough, and the ramen had kind of started to meld together, the whole meal had to be microwaved to be edible. Very unenjoyable for $30+tip. I tipped in advance, I ordered over the phone to make sure my order was correct, and I even double checked my name with the hostess. Altogether the air of the place was chaotic, the food was pretty unremarkable for the price point ($19 for the tantanmen), and I left feeling like I spent my money to be disrespected rather than fed. For a new place in the Mississippi neighborhood, which has award winning restaurants at the same price point literally a stones throw away, my family wasn't impressed and likely won't be ordering from here again.

  Food was really delish! I got the seasonal pumpkin tantanmen and it was so good, with the perfect amount of spice :) my husband got the shoyu tonkatsu which he enjoyed as well. Would definitely devour again. As a few others have mentioned, service was a tad slow (husband ordered additional chicken for his ramen on the side, didn’t come out until far after we got our bowls), but mostly unremarkable. However, I would be concerned to go during rush times, we went around 1:30 pm. Also the area that you grab items from (utensils, spice, etc) is in a really inconvenient spot if there’s anyone in line. Overall, the food outshines any inconveniences. I really enjoyed my ramen :)
