Spicy burger was quite spicy, also sloppy; jojos tasted excellent, some were slightly over cooked/dry but most were delicious; also got the pumpkin joho cake, which was delightful. It’s like a Hoho snack cake but the cake is pumpkin. Everything was packaged securely, staff was friendly and my order was ready fast.

Decent comfort food but rude staff and ownership. I had a bad experience and tried to address it with the owner and he was just as, if not more, rude and dismissive than the staff. I had been coming here for months and the staff had been professional and courteous up until this unfortunate experience. I was shocked that grown adults feel that it is okay to speak to people the way they spoke to me. If you are disabled and having a bad day and want some comfort food in a friendly atmosphere this is not the place to go. Go to Burgerville instead. Their food is tastier, healthier and probably more affordable as well. And I've never gone into a food coma after eating at Burgerville like I did with JoJjs. Very unfortunate as I had originally liked this place and used to recommend it to out of town visitors. I'd recommend going to Hal's (McMenamins) over Jojos as well. Hal's has better quality food, a quieter and less frenetic atmosphere, and most importantly kind & respectful staff and ownership.
