When I followed up with her at 10 mins she had frustrated tone with me. And then another employee started barking at me and saying I was harassing them and that she had been up since one or 2 AM. As a driver, simply asking about how long an order would take is not meant to offend or criticize, but only to decide whether I want to stay for that long. I know staff is working hard, but the rudeness is what bothers me.
