However the restaurant is absolutely filthy, and not just dirty tables from a busy morning, but dirt/dust everywhere and crumbs/dirt caked along the edge of the floors. Floors were sticky everywhere and no soap in the restroom. Not coming back due to lack of cleanliness, because if this is the condition of areas customers can see, who knows what the food prep area looks like

The dining area was not very cleanly and the ice machine was completely out of ice the manager really needs to pay attention to what his staff is doing here this is not normal for this particular location

This is even more inconvenient because there is no place for me to request a refund online so i have to go back to the store every single time.
