The issue was the guy with the backwards cap and dreads. He was really rude and clearly overwhelmed. But he yelled at her to get to drinks instead of helping a paying customer. 1. He could be nicer not only to his customers but also to his crew 2. Have better time management, don’t blow up on people, have more respect for others and yourself.
