Instead of making the customer go around and order they just took the customers order at the window holding up an already busy line and I got 0 apology for the inconvenience. If you want a business to treat you right do not come here. To the lady that almost hit the side of the car my son was son. Slow down you shouldn’t be going 30mph in a drive through.

It’s only happened once or twice since then and it was because the order didn’t come through on the app. The staff they seem less rushed, too. The folks at this location have always been super gracious and friendly. I appreciate them!

I had a young lady named allie who was extremely nice and soft spoken that was at the window who had my drink ready in hand for me when i got there it was like a 2 minute stop she made the drink PERFECT i hated coffee but i think this experience turned me into a addict did someone ask me if i recommend this stand my answer is always gonna be “Yes Chef😎”

Customer service always makes me feel welcomed, and I would consider myself to be one of her regulars. Now her name is Itzel ( not sure if I spelled that right) but she is always super sweet and every time I see her, it puts a big smile on my face My drinks are always super good whenever I go I always get either a golden eagle or hot chocolate but even when I would take my friends there, our drinks always come out perfect so I would highly recommend this place! I only gave the atmosphere of four star because it is a bit of a sketchy place, but I wouldn’t say it’s not that bad. Nothing’s ever happened to me personally before but just stay on the lookout.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
