  I’ve been going here ever since I could remember, but recently, this one girl has had amazing. Customer service always makes me feel welcomed, and I would consider myself to be one of her regulars. Now her name is Itzel ( not sure if I spelled that right) but she is always super sweet and every time I see her, it puts a big smile on my face My drinks are always super good whenever I go I always get either a golden eagle or hot chocolate but even when I would take my friends there, our drinks always come out perfect so I would highly recommend this place! I only gave the atmosphere of four star because it is a bit of a sketchy place, but I wouldn’t say it’s not that bad. Nothing’s ever happened to me personally before but just stay on the lookout.

  By far the best Dutch in East County! They’re fun, friendly and the drinks are above the rest. My coffee is always made to perfection. I love catching up with the AM weekly crew on my way to work, and it’s fun to see them and the rest of the crew when I pop in on weekends. Their service and quality is always consistent and high level!

  You know service has gone away over the years but not at Dutch Brothers on 174th and division they service with a smile always glad to see you always ask how your day is going. It’s a pleasure to come spend my money at a place where I know my service is going to be fantastic. The line is long, but it goes by super fast. I encourage anyone that’s looking for a nice hot coffee or drink to stop by 174th and division. That Dutch Brothers is outstanding

  174th and Division is by far the best stand. The employees are awesome always knows what I want. Elliot did not even have to ask because she knows my drink. She is always friendly. I brought my son with me and he asked for a recommendation on a rebel, she told him what she likes (I can not remember what it is, I don’t drink rebels), he went for her recommendation and really enjoyed his drink.

  I am not exaggerating when I say this is by far the worst stand I have ever been to. Not only is the location awkward and inconvenient, but I almost always leave this stand feeling at the very least weird about my interactions with the baristas. Today, December 27th, at approximately 8:55am-9:05am (somewhere in that range) I went to pick up my mobile order and the baristas I can only assume weren’t paying attention to what they were doing and didn’t put stoppers on the 2 drinks which then spilled all over me: my hair, my new clothes, and my new purse. I had to go back up to the window and ask for napkins and stoppers, which they gave me and a quick “I’m so sorry”, never attempting to make things right in that moment. Then when I went back up a third time after trying to clean myself and my items off and fully realizing the damage, the barista working the drive-up window awkwardly tried to fight me on giving me my $2 tip back (pretending like he doesn’t know how or it’s too hard to do) when I asked because I didn’t receive good service and only then is when he tried to make things right— which still wasn’t the thing I asked for and I had to repeat myself several times until I got the tip back. It was four guys working (two inside, one runner, one guy taking out trash), so of course they’re going to give me a half-hearted “sorry” over brand new, stained clothes and seem to not really care. Also the employee running orders in the parking lot just would just sit and stare at me while I reported this when he didn’t have cars in line and wouldn’t stop until I looked at him and said something through my window, which also happened several times. I don’t know if he was trying to be intimidating or just unaware of how uncomfortable and kind of creepy he was coming across as. Both yesterday and today I saw him wearing open-toed sandals with no socks which I know goes against all kinds of health codes and is just nasty in general to look at. I want to stress that the cute, young man with bigs eyes, curly hair, and a mustache who was working the walk-up window was the nicest and most apologetic to me as he’s the one who handed me the drinks. Everyone else either made me very upset with their lack of effort or uncomfortable with their staring. I sat in my car in the parking lot for about 45 minutes-an hour after this happened, trying to calm myself down and not cry while at the same time try to get in contact with SOMEONE to resolve this. I’ve submitted several issue tickets as well as emailing the feedback team and look forward to hearing back and seeing how they try to make this right.
