(for making 2 coffees) Thats like trying to stick your hand in my pocket to take my money, and I'm just supposed to say yes? You people are brainwashed. If you don't like your job find a better one. We the people have been to nice, from now on we'll use logical reasoning for your nonsense so you see how the world really works, not just expect to tip me mentality. From now on no more tip on coffees anymore, the price of coffee is already high. Have your employers pay you better wages.
- JJJessDec 30, 20251.0I ordered snickers chocolate milk and got regular chocolate milk :( not even chocolate or whipped cream… also got a poppin boba lemonade and was asked by the worker what ingredients are in a drink listed on their menu… also got all the boba on top of the cup instead of in the bottom. :( not a great experience and regret leaving a tip. But I guess it’s Dutch bros fault for not giving proper training? Maybe they don’t sell the flavored chocolate milks anymore but the boba drink was clearly listed on their menu. :( sad experience. Won’t be back to this location. Do better … I spent 10$ on a chocolate milk I could have bought from the store man

I usually pay with card but forgot mine today...I tried to pay with a $100 bill and got a nasty stare from the girl at the window...never seen her before so she must be new. Ive never been treated that way for trying to use a $100

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
