  Just this evening, I ordered food from this location to be delivered. I waited patiently for my delivery watching closely on the maps. Next thing I know it says order delivered and I never received my order so I called the location and spoke to the manager DJ and he demanded that I give them a tip I told him that I’ve already paid the delivery 6.99 fee and I’ve picked the cheapest thing on the menu and my order is still $30 and he still asked , so are you gonna give us a tip and I told him I don’t have any extra money then he proceeds to say oh well your food won’t be delivered for the next 10 to 15 minutes or we can just cancel your order when the store is literally not even 10 minutes from my house. I paid for the convenience of delivery. How unprofessional was that just very disrespectful. Then DJ, the manager said I canceled your order and you won’t be getting your money for the next three days so it’s not like I can order food tonight. how inconvenient, inconsiderate and disrespectful is that? It’s crazy that they can just beg for tips. Your job is really not paying you that much that you have to beg your customers to tip you tip supposed to be a good gesture not an extra fee on top of your food on top of the delivery fee they want you to pay more money and they just label it as a tip

  I had to call back and spoke with the manager who told me I was wrong.I did not place the order of the I said I i had placed even though I had received even though I had a receipt that stated so he had told me that if I were to show back up with the receipt and the said, food items, he would gladly replace them and my money too.Well, here's a picture of the receipt.I'll be there shortly😉🫶 Ok so to add to my experience with the mentioned above manager....i did return to the store and a very helpful and smiling manager named Kylie stepped up and fixed my issue even though it didnt happen on her shift she was more then willing to help to correct my negative experience with Dominos pizza so thanks to her i was able to get pizza tonight after all so special Thank you to Kylie for your service and willingness to problem solve till we found a solution we were both happy with so again thank you i will be coming back but only due to her management skills 😊

  Well I drove about 10 miles to get some food because online it said they were still open, but when I arrived they were closed!!! Waste of gas and got my hopes up! 😞

  Ordered my pizza last night with 20min before closing for pickup. It doesn't take long whatsoever to make. No notification that the store canceled my order. I can't get around easily, in walker! Would have ordered delivery BUT better deal for pickup only. I ordered, payed. Then told I don't have an order because I requested to pay cash and he does not allow cash payments at the end of the night. I didn't request cash pay, I paid with my cash app. He responded, what the difference? Seriously? Manager doesn't understand cash and cash app(card payment) SHOULD NOT be running the store! NOR DO BUSINESS AT ALL. VERY RUDE AND ZERO INTELLIGENCE. I HAVE WORKED DOMINO'S BEFORE. NOT OK. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER LOCATION ONLY A FEW MILES AWAY BEFORE I GO TO THIS PLACE ONE BLOCK AWAY. They are also extremely skimpy on ingredients which barely passed my approval for months.
