  Horrible service. They mess up they won't remake it nor refund you. The manager lady is rude and will hang up on you

  Tonight my guy went to pick up our pizza at this location after ordering online and receiving an error message. Before leaving to pick up our pizza we called the store to verify they received and charges were allocated. After spending 10 mins on the phone and getting confirmation for two parties, manager included that the order went through we were told our order was going in the oven. 10 mins later he arrived and was attended to by Marie, a heavy set woman with glasses. She was incredibly rude from the start of the interaction and showed a very passive aggressive and attitude towards him. Rolled her eyes on several occasions even. She decided to tell him that she didn’t have our order and that the location was wrong, so much she told him “look at your maps, you’re wrong” naturally he proceeded to do this step to show the maps and phone number were in fact the correct location. This very unintelligent woman began to get loud and cause a scene to tell him again he was wrong and she gave no intention to resolve other then sending him out the door after spending $50 and no order. This woman said “it’s my first day” yet was instantly dismissive when it came to questions and if this was the case how would she instantly know it was the wrong store. People like this woman is why places lose business, to shove him out the door to tend to a baby in a work space and show so much disrespect is less then impressive. I would not recommend this location to anyone that wants to order a simple pizza order and pick up. You’ll spend money for no one to help you and be dismissed, Marie- maybe this job isn’t for you and you should check locations to where being rude is acceptable.

  I had an unexpected issue when my car wouldn’t start outside this Domino’s, and one of the delivery drivers, Juan, went out of his way to give me a jump. He didn’t have to help, but he was incredibly kind and generous with his time. That small act made a stressful moment so much easier. Huge thanks to the staff here — it really says a lot about the people who work at this location.
