    Lobby closed at 5pm So I get screwed because my company can't bring our vehicles in the drive thru. Last time I spend any money at dairy queen.

    Ordered an M&M Blizzard, received a Peppermint Bark blizzard instead. I don’t care how busy you are those sound completely different. Very expensive mistake, Blizzards are too expensive for this level of service.

    Understaffed location. DQ pricing in general is ridiculous. I ended up paying $18 for a small burger (they charged me for a double), small onion rings, and a small shake. Getting a good deal is a near-impossible chore. Add on to that a 10 minute wait getting it as a togo order.

    This place is always taken so long the services absolutely horrible the people there are just standing around and act like they don't give a shit about their job I went to go get a banana split and they're out of bananas and peanuts, the guy tried just handing me the banana split and when I asked for a bag he just put it in there not flat just shoved it in there and hand me the bag with it standing up and it leaked all in the bag. And there's no pineapple on it either. I thought I'd give them another try after a year but it's no better!!
