The whole restaurant was filthy. There were at least six employees but every single seat and table was filthy. There were people sitting eating on some of those tables. My biggest issue was I came in maybe two weeks ago and you guys did not have any Coke zero and I bought a soda. The diet Coke is something I don't prefer but I am a diabetic. I brought it up to their attention the person that ring me up and she grabbed a tall woman employee that says I can't help you if you don't have a receipt. People in line were all agreeing with me and even offered to buy me a soda but I refuse not bought my own new one. Since you guys had Coke zero back. I think your employee handled that totally incorrect and should have read the situation. She should have honored and familiar face that always comes in there that seen me many many time. This may be my last time going to this location. I left my name and number for the manager so hopefully I hear back

Short staffed today so all the doors are locked. I get it. I work in retail but you’ve got to put a sign out when you’re short staffed. That’s what we would do! It takes two seconds to hand write a ‘sorry we are closed short staffed’ sign. Very poor customer service. Time to examine the store management that would allow this.

Chipotle doors locked and closed with people inside at 7:30pm on Friday 12-19.
Sitting here in my car writing the review and saw at least 2 dozen people try to walk up and open door without any of the employees inside making eye contact nor placing a sign on door as to why the doors are locked.
It seems like they are only serving drive through so I drove by and was told they only accept online orders through the app. I gave up and went to another restaurant.
Another time they overcharged me $10; this Powell location might be the world’s worst Chipotle.

I ordered a salad and didn’t even have lettuce!! It was also all completely cold. This was after being locked out of the dining room and ignored for 10 minutes by employees. Do not come here.
